Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, The Cuan's policy is as follows; 50% charge within 2 weeks of the date of arrival and 100% within 1 week of notice. In the event of The Cuan not being notified of a cancellation the cost of the stay will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Group Bookings of more than 4 rooms are required to give 4 weeks cancellation notice.
